Masseria Comara is the ideal property for those wishing to spend their holidays in an original mid-19th-century trulli farmhouse, immersed in the lush countryside of Monopoli. The property measures over 300 square meters and consists of a main building, formerly used as a family home by the farmer, and an adjacent stable, restored and featuring a mezzanine level, creating a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, as well as a beautiful living room with a large sofa bed, an additional bathroom, and a second fully equipped kitchen. The interconnecting buildings allow guests complete freedom of movement, as each room has direct access to the pool area and the verandas behind and adjacent to the property. Masseria Comara has four double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, four bathrooms in total, two living rooms with sofa beds, a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a work area with a table and Wi-Fi, an outdoor dining area, and a 12x6 m swimming pool with a 200 m2 surrounding solarium equipped with a beach umbrella and sun loungers.
