External area
The absolute protagonist is undoubtedly the infinity pool with an unparalleled breathtaking view of the sea and the centuries-old olive trees.
The ancient flavor of this place, with its steep terraces and the rocks that emerge from the red earth, is perfectly balanced by the elegance of all the details added to create incomparable comfort for those who stay in this property.
Going up the terraces and moving to the highest level of the Villa, you encounter the colors, sounds and scents of the hillside.
The greenery of the golf chipping course, located in the north-west side of the property, alternates with the changing colors of the three different vineyards that close the perimeter of the house before entering a grove of Mediterranean woods.
In the garden of Masseria Cacatosto, scented with lavender hedges, it is possible to enjoy a game of bocce on the regulation pitch or a meditation journey in the nearby Zero Gravity Bed.

The Villa
The first structure you encounter, once you enter, is the finely renovated lamia which houses a grandiose kitchen with island stainless steel counters and Bar, complete with all appliances and a moder dinning table with comfortable seats.

The kitchen communicates with two twin trulli that act as a relaxation area and library. Here the furniture of absolute value links perfectly with the presence of the fireplace and with the irregular shape of the walls and niches. It communicates with the outside through the glass doors and windows which give natural light to the internal spaces.
Moving outside, the living room continues onto another open air relaxation area, nestled on the outcropping rocks, where there is also an outdoor fireplace.
Climbing a few steps, you arrive at the four suites with independent access and independent air conditioning. Olive Suite is the master suite.
Olive Suite
It includes a seating area furnished with a sofa, a king size bed set in a stone niche. It includes an adjacent exercise studio. Large bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink.

Champagne Suite
The Champagne suite, next to the Olive suite but with an independent entrance, is composed of a queen size bedroom with private bathroom with sunken shower.



Sunflower Suite
This suite is accessed from the expansive communal courtyard. Sunflower Suite is composed of a queen size bedroom, private bathroom with tub and shower.

Sky Suite
Just around the corner from Sunflower Suite is Sky Suite that has a queen size bedroom, with its own private bathroom with tub inside a small adjacent trullo.

Location
The property takes its name from the area in which it stands. The name "Cacatosto" was born centuries ago to evoke the harshness of the place, where nature constantly requires attention and respect.
The Villa was born in the heart of the Murgia dei trulli, a few minutes drive from the sea and the center of Monopoli, characterized by typical bars and restaurants, but also by the beautiful villages of the Itria Valley, such as Alberobello, Ostuni and Locorotondo.
