Outside, the private pool, surrounded by white pebbles and lavender plants, dominates the breathtaking views offered by the valley that runs towards the Adriatic coast. The pool edge is wide enough to accommodate one or more sunbeds to indulge in moments of relaxation and energizing massages, enjoying the privacy that only a place surrounded by greenery can ensure.
The city of Monopoly and the nearest beaches are only 7 km away from the house but, once you relax in this place, you will hardly feel the desire to give up its quiet to reach the city center.
Just 3km away, there is Contrada L'Assunta, a small village with all the essential services and famous throughout the area for the goodness of the baked goods handcrafted by the two bakeries in the area.
